The My Hero Academia: Vigilantes spinoff manga by Hideyuki Furuhashi and Betten Court is getting a TV anime adaptation in April 2025. Directed by Kenichi Suzuki and animated by BONES FILM, the show features returning talent from the main series, including YĹŤsuke Kuroda (script) and Yuki Hayashi (music). This prequel follows Koichi Haimawari, a young man with a modest Quirk, as he teams up with unlikely heroes to fight evil, realizing it takes more than courage to be a hero.
