MAPPA confirmed that the new Ranma 1/2 anime, based on Rumiko Takahashi's manga, will have a second season. The anime premiered on October 5 in Japan on NTC and streams on Netflix.
Returning voice actors include Kappei Yamaguchi, Megumi Hayashibara (female Ranma), and Noriko Hidaka. New cast members, such as Tomokazu Sugita as Tatewaki Kunō, join the show. Directed by Kōnosuke Uda (One Piece), with scripts by Kimiko Ueno (Delicious in Dungeon), and music by Ano and Riria., the anime promises another exciting season.
